NBD gives the opportunity to advance as a Professional! Our Personal Trainers have the flexibility to create their schedule and work with our amazing members! Our ideal team would include experts already certified in related fields including personal training, corrective exercise, Stretch Therapy, Pilates, and more.
Our Certified Fitness Professional will provide service excellence in training sessions.
Have the ability to teach small and large group classes.
Requirements:
Nationally recognized certification or degree in a related field.
Must have a passion for the fitness industry and the ability to change lives through health & fitness Must be a dynamic person with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Must be self-confident, results driven and able to comfortably interact with clients from various backgrounds Must be team-oriented and willing to go out of comfort zone in order to hit company objectives 1 year experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Apply your ability to make genuine connections with people, seek to understand their unique needs, and prescribe the perfect fitness solution Build a fitness community by being attentive during every training appointment, group session or class, meeting minimum productivity expectations servicing sessions Deliver one-on-one Personal Training Sessions, SPT and LGT Sessions Encourage and motivate clients throughout sessions Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch and exercise techniques Attend staff meetings Handle member concerns when applicable What makes NBD different? Full-time, with flexible availability across weekdays and weekends to best serve our member community.

Monday to Friday Weekend availability Work Location:
In person.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
