9 Full-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description Internal Communications Specialist - Audit & Assurance Strategy Execution Team The Audit & Assurance Strategy Execution Team (ASET) is aligned to the Audit & Assurance (A&A) Strategy Office, reporting to the A&A Chief Strategy Officer, and enables A&A PPMDs and professionals to successfully execute the A&A strategy.
In support of A&A strategic priorities, the team drives awareness and action through effective internal communications and change management strategies and fosters employee commitment and sustained strategy adoption to achieve transformational change.
This team specializes in the disciplines of internal communications, change management, and employee engagement.
The team works closely with A&A Executive Committee leaders and their teams; the team also collaborates with Learning, Public Relations, and Marketing to optimize impact.

Deloitte is seeking a passionate Internal Communications Specialist to join our Audit & Assurance Strategy Execution Team (ASET).
The role is responsible for supporting the execution of effective internal communications strategies, plans, and deliverables that drive employee engagement and adoption of large-scale organizational transformation, inclusive of implementation of future of work initiatives, process changes, growth strategies, and technology deployments.
You will work closely with your colleagues on an integrated internal communications and change management team, as well as with senior leaders and subject matter experts.
Responsibilities include:
Working with ASET team members in collaboration with internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement communications plans, processes, and content to drive key aspects of the A&A strategy.
Developing impactful change management and communications plans that assess business readiness, align stakeholder groups, consider change impacts, and enable and inspire our business of 14,000 professionals to take action; ensure appropriate sequencing of messages and campaign launches through thoughtful internal communication plans.
Writing and editing timely business-wide internal communications and change management deliverables in support of A&A strategic priorities (e.
g.
, leadership messages, news stories, articles, videos, surveys, newsletter content, webcast content, business-wide content, internal website pages, talking points, frequently asked questions, etc.
).
Employing strong project management skills (initiating, planning, executing, managing, and closing projects to achieve plan objectives); participating in working sessions with project teams.
Working with your Coach to design and manage your personal and professional development plan; seeking opportunities for professional growth and expansion of communications and change management skills and experiences.
Developing relationships with fellow communications and change management team members to solve problems.
Developing trusted advisor relationships and providing communications and change management counsel to key internal clients, including leaders across the organization.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field 2
years' experience in communications or a related area Strong writing and editing skills and previous writing/editing experience in internal communications, public relations, marketing, or journalism field Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint:
specifically, on presentation, design, and storytelling) Demonstrated expertise in creative and content direction Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of leading practices in corporate communications and change management impacts Basic understanding of change management frameworks and tactics Experience working collaboratively in a virtual environment with team members Ability to travel two weeks bi-annually for all-hands team meetings and periodically throughout the year based on the work you do and the projects you serve Strong project management skills, including ability to prioritize tasks and assignments Ability to work independently on multiple assignments while maintaining top-quality deliverables Sense of urgency and responsiveness with the ability to manage multiple task assignments simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strategic thinker, solution-minded; proactive approach with ideas Strong interpersonal relationship skills Detail-oriented, organized, flexible Agile and adaptable to change High-energy, positive attitude, collaborative work style; works well under pressure Professional and positive attitude with internal stakeholders and with colleagues Sense of responsibility and accountability for the success of assigned projects and deliverables Commitment to maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times when dealing with sensitive or proprietary information Preferred:
Experience with website design and/or content management systems Experience in employee communications as part of large-scale change management efforts to drive the implementation of organizational transformation efforts Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software, including Camtasia Data analysis skills and capabilities Immigration sponsorship may be available The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $48,790 - $100,180.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
