Confidential Confidential Morristown, NJ Morristown, NJ Full-time Full-time From $75,000 a year From $75,000 a year Regional Property Manager We are a mid-sized property development & management firm with a significant multi-state footprint seeking a full-time property/operations manager with an emphasis on commercial industrial and office assets.
Exposure/experience with multi-family residential is a plus.
Role:
This position will report to the Director of Operations and be responsible for the physical management and oversight of numerous industrial, office and multi-family assets in NJ, NY and PA, as well as onsite support staff.
Periodic travel is a requirement of the position.
Position Requirements:
Intimate knowledge of building systems and their maintenance and repair requirements.
Familiarity with building trades and responsibilities including, but not limited to plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire sprinkler/alarm, etc.
Must have experience in managing multiple building support contractors, trades and service providers, as well as a high comfort level with tenant interaction.
Must be willing and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment and capable of multi-tasking while adhering to schedules and deadlines.
Tenant fit-out experience and working knowledge of light construction practices Experience in addressing and resolving problems, while maintaining office level professionalism Familiarity with and ability to read and interpret contract and lease language.
Must be competent with Microsoft Office applications & Outlook Yardi experience a plus Periodic air travel required Job Type:
