Position Overview:
As a Junior Associate on the Payer Sciences' Client Engagement team, your role will focus on project execution support across all of our capabilities.
This role requires team collaboration to ensure the achievement of our clients' objectives and requires a hands-on contributor who can efficiently support multiple projects simultaneously.
Depending on your interest, skills and project needs, specific tasks can include developing timelines, running exiting data processes, updating databases, programing in SAS/Python/R/SQL/VBA, analyzing data, creating charts, data summaries, QCing data results, troubleshooting data issues and enhance Excel interactive models.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Work with both internal and external business owners to identify the reporting and analysis needs of our clients Maintain and run monthly proprietary tool, PTO, data updates Manage regular external data feeds Translate business requirements into custom tools and analyses that meet the business objective(s) Interpret data analysis and convert into actionable business insights Process, validate, and integrate large data sets from multiple sources Ensure the accuracy and validity of both source data and analytic output Prepare clear documentation of project specifications, program development and revisions Skills:
Ability to efficiently process and integrate large, complex datasets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail Database programing skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to use creative thinking to develop innovative solutions to business problems Ability to manage the support of multiple concurrent projects Project management experience a plus Qualifications Minimum of a BS degree in a technical or quantitative discipline 1
years relevant business experience Experience with managed care data sets (Xponent Plantrak, Symphony Payer Source, MMIT, Fingertip Formulary, APLD) is preferred, but not required Proficient in one or more programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS; willingness to learn SAS is a must.
VBA experience is a plus Flexible and collaborative style Professional maturity, discipline and a positive attitude Must work independently, but interact well with others in a team environment Must be able to adapt and work efficiently under evolving demands and priorities Additional Information Position is full-time Relocation is not offered Recommended Skills Adaptability Analytical Attention To Detail Business Requirements Communication Creativity Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
