You will analyse business processes, gather requirements, and work closely with stakeholders to implement solutions that streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
Your expertise in CRM systems and waste management processes will contribute to the success of our organization in achieving its waste management goals.
Responsibilities:
Analyse and evaluate existing waste management CRM processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for CRM system enhancements and new feature development.
Design and implement solutions that align with waste management industry best practices and support business objectives.
Conduct data analysis and provide insights to improve waste management operations, customer service, and decision-making processes.
Develop and maintain detailed functional and technical specifications, system documentation, and process diagrams for the CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including waste management operations, IT, and customer service, to ensure successful CRM system integration and adoption.
Conduct system testing, including creating and executing test plans, documenting test results, and resolving any issues or defects.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Relevant certifications or equivalent experience are a plus.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in waste management or a related industry, with a focus on CRM systems.
Strong understanding of waste management processes, regulations, and industry standards.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.
