In this role, the intern will work alongside a team of innovative professionals and contribute to Atlantic's mission of delivering excellent healthcare services to our communities.
The intern's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Coordinate talent development events and workshops.
Collaborate with teams to identify skill development needs.
Assist in program design and implementation.
Track participant progress and provide support.
Offer administrative assistance and maintain documentation.
Collect feedback to improve program effectiveness.
Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private c ollege/university Be in good academic standing Work 37.
5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
