Compliance Enablement Senior Manager

The Operational Risk Strategy & Solution (ORS&S) Regulatory Enablement team is seeking a Program Management Senior Manager to lead regulatory compliance shared services for Provider Solutions and Operations (PS&O).
This individual will manage a team and lead functions that drive regulatory implementation, mitigate compliance risk, and develop business insights for PS&O.
This role requires regulatory or compliance experience, to synthesize critical regulatory information to identify issues, barriers, or risks and develop solutions.
Other responsibilities include providing thought leadership across multiple functions to facilitate effective decision-making, enable execution, maximize organization effectiveness, and deliver reporting tailored to appropriate stakeholder audiences.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize processes designed to intake, assess, and manage the mitigation, remediation and implementation of new/amended laws and regulatory inquiries, audits, and exams for PS&O.
Collaborate with Risk Management, Regulatory Law, Compliance, and Technology partners to understand, document, and recommend solutions.
Evaluate business controls and monitor PS&O quality assurance results to identify and act upon emerging risk.
Assess regulatory trends and business capabilities for automation opportunities.
Drive regulatory research to support operational objectives, consulting with business SMEs to define the issue and coordinate regulatory research through business partner fulfillment.
Drive insightful business risk and opportunity analysis.
Lead development and delivery of integrated PS&O regulatory/compliance dashboards.
Collaborate with leadership on strategy development, working with business leads, sponsors, and matrix partners to ensure appropriate actions taken to prioritize and implement initiatives.
Enhance and drive the maturity of the PS&O operational business compliance model to deliver optimum value and engagement.
Facilitate strategic conversations to assess and determine regulatory requirements and operational impacts and solutions.
Lead and support the identification, removal, or escalation of barriers.
Lead cross functional discussion and decision making, including prioritization and execution approach.
Drive collaboration and problem solving for at risk deliverables including organizing and facilitating meetings.
Provide recommendations to minimize risk.
Escalate conflicts, prioritization issues and risks to appropriate leadership, as necessary.
Lead and participate in internal risk management and compliance programs and projects to ensure scope, timing and budget are defined, communicated, and executed with appropriate change controls as needed.
Education & Work Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree and 5 years of related work experience OR 15 years of related business process management Project Management Professional (PMP) or other recognized PM certification, if no Bachelor s Degree has been obtained Knowledge of business operations and change managementTechnical Skills/Knowledge:
Demonstrates ability to operate with an enterprise mindset Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and ability to determine impact to business operations Strong change agility and leadership skills Strong communication, coordination, collaboration, problem solving and follow up skills Strong influencing, negotiating and relationship building skills to resolve issues across matrix partners Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive results Strong planning/organizing skills to meet changing priorities and critical deadlines Understands compliance program elements and risk management lines of defense model (first, second and third lines of defense) Technical experience in assigned business operation to enable bringing the right people together to implement regulations Takes personal accountability for contributions to team and organizational results Can maneuver through complex political situations effectively Adapts to ambiguous or unfamiliar terrains Strategic thinking to advance alignment between strategic and compliance approaches and solutions Consultation skills to support problem solving and innovationPreferred:
Experience reading, interpreting and implementing Regulatory Instructions Previous experience working with Compliance & Regulatory Business process design and management experience Master s Degree is a plusIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 117,600 - 196,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
