Main Function
This new role sits within the Application Management group which focuses on Run-The-Bank (RTB) activities managed within an ITIL Framework.
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for the suite of application. 90% of support will center on Global Banking Systems
Main Duties
1st, 2nd and 3rd line incident management. Users will raise incidents via phone, email, or through Service Now
Problem management for major or recurring incidents.
Sundry tasks will include batch monitoring, DR testing, performance analysis and tuning.
Person Requirements
Technical skills required:
oGBS configuration (formatter, generic router, function records etc),
oENFORM.
oWorking knowledge of HP Nonstop utilties, Pathcom, FUP, OSS would be advantageous.
oAbility to read COBOL would be advantageous
oSQL would be advantageous for the non-GBS applications
Business knowledge required:
oForeign Exchange and Money Market settlement
oSwift messaging / formatting
Non Technical skills required:
oExcellent communication skills,
oStrongly motivated and shows initiative
oStrong analytical skills.
oRelationship building
oAn understanding of ITIL processes would be advantageousEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
