AHS is seeking a candidate for a part-time Nursing Educator position. Shift is 8am-4pm. BSN required. Masters degree preferred. A current NJ RN license and OCN is required. CCRC preferred. At least 5 years of Oncology experience required. The candidate selected for this position will: mentor/facilitator to peers; identify strengths and weaknesses in the clinical practice of staff and provide feedback to facilitate growth; promote achievement of certifications and professional advancement; act as a conduit for new policies, procedures and other practice information; assist with preparation for JCAHO, MAGNET and annual competencies; orientation/Staff development; ascertain that pretreatment and eligibility requirements of the protocol have been met including a completed informed consent obtained prior to registration; responsible for the patient receiving a signed copy of the consent form; abstract data from various sources to retrieve the necessary information to complete eligibility checklists, pre-study flow sheets, pathology reports, etc. to confirm eligibility; monitor treatment calculations, dosage modifications, and patient toxicities on a regular basis; and consistently use discretion and judgment as an RN to determine the steps to be taken in the patient's care and treatment and discusses all clinical information, necessary steps and guidelines with the treating physician as it pertains to the clinical research protocol. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
