Seeking a full time Account Representative for Home Care Financial Services to work Mon-Fri, 8am - 4 pm. High school diploma or GED required. Must be proficient in the use of patient registration and billing systems. Previous experience as a biller or collector preferred. Must possess excellent customer service skills. The selected candidate will maintain accurate and acceptable accounts receivable amounts as related to Medicare, Medicaid, and third party payers; complete monthly processing of claims and resolves batch errors; verify patient Home Care and Hospice benefit eligibility by contacting companies ; and will demonstrate accuracy and timeliness in data entry.
