Seeking an RN for a full time position in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Current NJ RN license, BLS and ACLS certification required. CCRN is preferred. BSN or currently enrolled in a BSN program is required. Must have at least 1 year of critical care experience. Cardiovascular Critical Care experience is preferred. Full time: 7pm- 7:30 am, weekends per unit requirement, On call required. Candidate will also have the ability to; utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served, through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families, demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job, and have excellent communication, organizational and computer skills.
