Our Client is a privately held Digital Marketing and Engagement agency with Fortune 100 clients in a variety of industries. The position is located in a tight-knit corporate atmosphere in the Downtown area of Morristown, New Jersey. We are looking for a goal-oriented, organized energetic person to fill our entry-level Digital Marketing Account Assistant position. This individual will be a key part of the team and will focus on a combination of internal and client account and project management needs as well as digital media support. This role will include responsibilities from meeting and billing management, managing social media accounts, communicating directly with clients and internal project owners, to creating and analysing reports and building client and vendor relationships.

Assist with creation and distribution of presentations including pitch decks document preparation, and basic industry and competitive research
Complete reporting requests including digital advertising campaigns, billing reports and social media analysis reports
Build and manage relationships with clients, co-workers, and advertising partners
Work with internal teams to create and manage scope of work for projects, including managing the billing process--from creation and transmittal of invoices to booking incoming payments
Participate in forward thinking, creative and strategic problem solving to find new opportunities and new solutions for clients
Monitor and communicate project progress effectively while overseeing projects/tasks and deliver requests on timeline
Perform other projects and tasks when called upon as part of our "all hands on deck" atmosphere

Internet savvy with understanding of digital marketing and social media
Microsoft Office proficient including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related discipline required
1+ years of experience in an administrative role preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to establish effective relationships with all levels of management within and outside of the company
Positive, high-energy person who demonstrates an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Professional-minded, results- and detail-oriented, with strong work ethic with ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Strong time management and organizational skills to maintain own workflow and meat deadlines
Passion for keeping up with industry trends through trade news, current events, etc.
Ability to make business decisions and remain composed when immediate issues arise and demonstrate effective follow up with clients and internal management when necessary
Desire and willingness to work in tight-knit small office where duties will vary and atmosphere is "all hands on deck"

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
