AHS is seeking a per diem Administrative Assistant to work in the Integrative Medicine Center for Well Being with a varied schedule of day and evening hours until 8 pm. The selected candidate must have a HS diploma and prior administrative assistant experience is required.? Prior front desk experience is preferred. Knowledge of HPPP, and QuickBooks is preferred. Strong Microsoft office and customer service skills are essential. The candidate will be greet and register patients, verify demographics, schedule appointments, collect and post payments, daily batch and balance, perform chart maintenance and provide administrative support to health care providers. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
