Registered Nurse
OverviewOverlook Medical Center, a member of Atlantic Health System, is seeking a Full-time RN for Atlantic Homecare & Hospice working primarily 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, including one weekend per month.Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
Candidate will possess excellent assessment and organizational skills.
RN to make home visits to predominantly adult and geriatric population in Union county, responsible for assessment and establishing plan of care for client in collaboration with patient, family and MD.
Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job.

Education:
BSN Preferred
Required License:
Valid New Jersey Nursing License
Certifications:
BLS
Related
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of Acute Care, or Medical/Surgical experience as a Registered Nurse
Home care experience preferred.
Wound care and IV skills helpful.
Computer skills essential.
