Registered Nurse
OverviewMorristown Medical Center, a member of Atlantic Health System, is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse for the Delivery Room working primarily 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Every other weekend required.Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job.
Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
Must Care for Low and High Risk Moms antepartum, intra partum, and Post partum
Scrub and circulate for vaginal and Cesarean Sections
Interpret fetal monitoring, and be flexible in a high risk fast paced environment
Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.

Education:
BSN Required
Required License:
Valid New Jersey Nursing License Required
Certifications:
BLS Required
NRP Required
NCC OB IN HOUSE Preferred

Experience:
1 - 2 years of acute care experience in a hospital setting required.
