OverviewAtlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Recruitment Assistant for the Newton Medical CenterResponsibilities
Essential Functions:
This FT Recruitment Assistant position is supporting Recruitment at Newton Medical Center & Atlantic Ambulance. The qualified candidate will work closely with the site recruitment staff to process and on-board all new hires. Other duties include, data entry, conduct references and all necessary pre-hire documentation; works closely with ancillary departments and other Atlantic Ambulance /Newton Medical Center employees. This position serves as support to site recruitment; schedules interviews, physicals, posting positions, assists recruiters and other HR staff functions as needed.
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma/GED required
Bachelors or Associates degree strongly preferred
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of Recruitment Assistant experience working in a Human Resources Department required
PeopleSoft and ATS (applicant tracking system)
Must have experience providing direct Customer serviceCandidate must be able to multi task and handle a heavy work loadExcellent interpersonal and time management skills requiredMust be willing to work well with all levels of staffMust have excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
