OverviewAtlantic Medical Group Operations has a challenging opportunity for a physician practice professional. Under general direction, the Practice Manager will be responsible for the operational management of physician practices (multiple groups of physician leaders at multiple locations) to enhance our ability to deliver high quality, safe, affordable patient care within a healing culture to the communities we serve.The practices will include Associates In Rehab, Biosport Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Associates, Children's Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, Morristown Hand Surgery, NJ Center For Ortho And Sports Med, NJ Sports Medicine Institute, Ortho Wayne and Practice Of Orthopedics MMC. The Practice Manager will assume responsibility for ensuring the cost effective delivery of quality patient care while striving for continued improvement in operating and financial performance,remain abreast of financial and operational growth goals for the department/practice, and strategize for continued improvement in operating and financial performance. In conjunction with AMG leadership, the position will also play a key role in the implementation and enforcement of the practice's strategic plan(s). The qualified candidate should possess a minimum eight years experience in a physician practice setting with five (5) years supervisory experience. Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
